Beginner Level Chat Support – No Calls (Remote / No Experience)

Dive into the world of online customer service as a Live Chat Assistant! This role offers you the chance to engage with customers directly, helping them navigate websites, answer their inquiries, and enhance their shopping experience—all from the comfort of your own home.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers on websites and online stores, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Assist customers by offering product information, sales links, and exclusive discounts, thereby boosting customer satisfaction and sales.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • A reliable device with internet access to use social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and follow instructions with precision.
  • Available to commit at least 5 hours per week.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability and preference.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for candidates in the United States.
