Your Role:

  • As a Call Center Support Representative, you’ll assist customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and issues on businesses’ websites and social media platforms.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions, providing solutions to support questions from existing customers and addressing sales inquiries from potential new clients.

Position Details:

  • Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of a contract with no fixed term.
  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Work Schedule: Minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your hours.

Requirements:

  • A device with internet access for using social media and website chat functionalities.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with keen attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
  • Commitment to at least 10 hours of availability each week and a stable internet connection.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across the United States, with a preference for those who can start immediately.
