What you will be doing: As a Call Center Support Agent, you’ll manage incoming live chat inquiries on our clients’ websites and social media platforms. Your role will involve addressing both support and sales-related questions, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a digital device for social media and website chat functionalities is crucial. We’re looking for self-starters who can work autonomously, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours weekly. A stable internet connection is also necessary.
Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
