Chat Support Representative (Fully Remote)

Join our dynamic team as a Chat Support Representative and help provide outstanding customer support through email and live chat. This position offers full-time hours with a flexible schedule and the potential for overtime during peak seasons. Your primary role will be to assist customers by answering queries, providing product information, and resolving issues using our chat platform, similar to Facebook Messenger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email, using a Knowledge Base for guidance.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company’s values in every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and share best practices.
