Chat Support Representative – No Phone Calling / Remote

We are seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Chat Support Representatives. In this role, you’ll assist customers by providing information on our products, offering tech support, and troubleshooting issues via online chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers through live chat, addressing their queries regarding our products and services.
  • Troubleshoot product and order issues, providing timely and accurate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information on products, extend knowledgeable advice, and assist with order placements or returns.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with an internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills are essential to communicate effectively with customers.

Skills/Background:

  • This position is entry-level, ideal for candidates eager to learn. No prior live chat experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Location:

  • Fully remote, open to candidates across the United States.
