Customer Care Agent (Remote / No Experience)

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional support and ensure our customers’ satisfaction. This role is integral to our team, as you will help customers with various inquiries, leveraging your knowledge of our products to offer solutions and maintain positive customer relationships.

In this remote position, you will use online chat tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate directly with customers, addressing their needs without the requirement for face-to-face interaction. You’ll be a key part of our operation, responding to inquiries on websites and social media platforms to assist with questions, provide information on products, and share promotional offers.

What You Will Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, offering assistance, product information, and support.
  • Engage with customers to resolve their queries, provide sales support, and promote discounts where applicable.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must have a device with internet access (laptop, phone, or tablet).
  • Basic English writing skills are essential.
  • Reliable internet connection is necessary.

Skills and Training:

  • This position is suited for individuals new to live chat support. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is needed.

  • This is a fully remote role, available to individuals in the United States.
