We are in search of a Customer Care Chat Representative to be the vital first point of contact for our stakeholders, delivering top-notch support and information regarding our health plans to current and prospective members, providers, and internal customers. Your role is pivotal in making a positive impact every day.
What You Will Do:
- Address and resolve incoming customer queries through live chat on our website and social media platforms, providing support and information to both existing and potential new customers.
- Assist with a range of inquiries, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive assistance.
Contract Details:
- No fixed term.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Must have a compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop) for accessing social media and website chat functionalities.
- Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions meticulously, and engage professionally with customers.
- Available to work at least 10 hours per week.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
Weekly Hours:
- A minimum of 10 hours per week.
