Customer Care Chat Representative (Fully Remote)

We are in search of a Customer Care Chat Representative to be the vital first point of contact for our stakeholders, delivering top-notch support and information regarding our health plans to current and prospective members, providers, and internal customers. Your role is pivotal in making a positive impact every day.

What You Will Do:

  • Address and resolve incoming customer queries through live chat on our website and social media platforms, providing support and information to both existing and potential new customers.
  • Assist with a range of inquiries, ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and comprehensive assistance.

Contract Details:

  • No fixed term.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have a compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop) for accessing social media and website chat functionalities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions meticulously, and engage professionally with customers.
  • Available to work at least 10 hours per week.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.

Weekly Hours:

  • A minimum of 10 hours per week.

Location:

  • Fully remote, ideally for candidates within the United States.
