Customer Care Chat Representative – No Experience Required

Are you ready to step into the world of customer support without the need for previous experience? Join our team as a Customer Care Chat Representative and assist customers through chat, helping them with their inquiries, providing information, and resolving any concerns they might have.

What you will be doing:
You’ll engage directly with customers through chat on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, addressing their questions and needs. Whether they’re current customers needing assistance or potential customers with inquiries about products or services, your role will be to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed:

  • Must have access to a device capable of using social media and chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
  • Available to work at least 5 hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connection is a must.

Hours per week:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location:

  • This is a remote position, ideally for candidates based in the United States.
