What You Will Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers through live chat to answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
- Offering support on various topics, including product inquiries, service details, and troubleshooting.
- Utilizing a range of resources and tools to deliver accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
Contract Length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Availability to work 5+ hours per week.
Hours Per Week: 5 – 40 hours.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
