Customer Experience Chat Support – Work from Home / Entry Level / Part Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with customers through live chat and email, offering prompt and courteous support for a variety of inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize existing templates and canned responses to efficiently address and resolve up to 90% of customer queries.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful demeanor, upholding the principle that the customer is always right.

Position Details:

  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Requirements: Access to a reliable device (laptop, phone, or tablet) and internet connection. Basic English writing skills are essential.
  • Training: Comprehensive training will be provided, so no previous live chat experience is necessary.
