Customer Service – Chat Support Specialist

What You Will Do:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via chat, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through various processes.
  • Use critical thinking and creativity to address customer needs, ensuring a positive and successful resolution to their concerns.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Reliable access to a device with internet connectivity capable of utilizing social media and chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Basic proficiency in English with strong writing skills to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Independent work ethic with the ability to adhere closely to instructions.
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week.

Location:

  • Fully remote, open to candidates across the United States.
