You’ll be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, offering guidance, resolving issues, and enhancing their understanding of our products and services.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage in meaningful interactions with customers via live chat, addressing their questions, guiding them through product features, and assisting with configurations.
  • Undergo comprehensive training to master responses to frequently asked questions and receive support from a dedicated chat supervisor for more complex queries.
