Customer Service Representative / Remote Chat Support

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries and complaints, process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate matters when necessary across various communication channels. While dealing with challenging situations, maintaining composure and patience is crucial, especially when interacting with frustrated customers. Prior experience in utilizing social media applications is beneficial.

Comprehensive training will be offered to equip you with the necessary skills for this position, and we are keen on candidates who are available to start immediately.

Contract Duration: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Required Skills/Background:

  • Access to a device with internet capability to use social media and chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and adhere strictly to provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Minimum availability of 5 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.

Weekly Hours: Flexible, between 10 to 40 hours.

Location: This is a remote position, ideally for candidates based in the United States.
