Customer Service Representative Tier I (Remote / Entry Level / No Phone Calling)

Join our vibrant team as a Customer Service Representative and play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support without the need for phone calls. This position focuses on assisting customers through live chat, addressing their queries, guiding them through our services or products, and ensuring a satisfying user experience.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via live chat, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
  • Provide information about products or services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
