What You Will Do:
- Serve as a live chat assistant, responding to inquiries and engaging with customers via chat on business websites or social media platforms.
- Provide information, assist with customer inquiries, offer sales links, and apply discounts, all while maintaining a positive and approachable tone.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Must have a device with internet access capable of utilizing chat functions (laptop, phone, or tablet).
- Basic English writing skills are necessary to communicate effectively with customers.
- No prior experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided to prepare you for successful interactions.
Location:
- This is a fully remote position, open globally with a preference for candidates in the United States.
