Customer Support Agent – Fully Remote (Immediate Start Available)

We’re on the hunt for Customer Support Agents who are passionate about providing stellar customer service. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our customer interactions, ensuring that every end user receives top-notch support through various digital communication channels.

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll engage with customers exclusively through digital channels, such as Facebook Messenger, providing timely and empathetic responses to their inquiries. Your main tasks will involve replying to live chat messages on our website or social media platforms, addressing customer questions, offering sales assistance, and providing discounts when applicable.

Key Details:

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Communication Channels: Online chat platforms only (No face-to-face interaction required).
  • Training: Comprehensive training will be provided, making this a perfect role for those new to live chat support.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a laptop, phone, or tablet with internet access.
  • Basic English writing skills are essential.
  • Available to start immediately and work remotely from anywhere, particularly from within the United States.

Skills/Background:

  • No prior experience in live chat support is necessary; we’ll equip you with all the knowledge and tools you need.
  • A strong candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to empathize with customers and efficiently resolve their queries.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic online environment.

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
