Customer Support Assistant

We seek courteous and dependable individuals who will provide top-notch customer service, helping businesses connect with their customers through live chat on websites and social media platforms. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to assist customers from any location.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customers via live chat, answering their questions, guiding them to the right products or services, and providing promotional information or discounts.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by being responsive, understanding, and efficient in resolving inquiries or directing them to the appropriate channels.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop.
  • Ability to work independently, adhere to instructions, and maintain a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week based on your availability.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote role, suitable for candidates who prefer to work online from anywhere.
