Customer Support Chat Specialist Level 1 – No Experience Necessary

What You’ll Do: As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you’ll address incoming queries and provide support through live chat on our website and social media platforms. Your role involves resolving issues and answering questions from both current customers and potential new clients.

Contract Duration: Open

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat, helping users with their concerns and guiding them through solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs fully and provide effective and thoughtful responses.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Must have a device with internet capability for accessing social media and website chat functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions and protocols.
  • Available to work at least 10 hours per week with a stable internet connection.

Skills/Background:

  • No prior experience in chat support is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to providing meaningful assistance are essential.
  • Should be patient, attentive, and motivated to learn and grow within the role.

Location: Entirely remote, open globally with a preference for candidates in the United States.
