Customer Support Specialist (No Phone Calling / Remote / Entry Level)

We’re excited to welcome a new Customer Support Specialist to our team! If you have a flair for customer service, an interest in financial markets, and you’re a pro at communication, this is the perfect role for you.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a live chat agent, addressing customer inquiries regarding installation, training, and any encountered issues.
  • Log in at your chosen hours, engage with customers, provide solutions, and contribute to a positive experience with every chat.
  • Your daily contribution is valued, and you’ll be compensated daily for your dedicated service.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, reflecting the importance and impact of your role.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet connectivity to use chat and social media functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Independent work ethic with a commitment to detailed and follow-through instructions.
  • Available to work at least 5 hours per week.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability.
