Your Role:
- As a Dedicated Chat Support Agent, you’ll handle inbound emails or chat support, focusing on one specific account to provide personalized and consistent service.
- Engage with customers to address their questions, offer solutions, and maintain the brand’s reputation for excellent customer support.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of empathizing with customers, managing difficult conversations, and de-escalating tense situations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and navigate through various systems effectively.
- Technical proficiency to manage software installations/uninstallations and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Position Details:
- Contract Length: Flexible, with no fixed term.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Hours Per Week: Flexible schedule ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) for using chat and social media functions.
- Ability to work independently, closely follow instructions, and maintain availability for at least 5 hours per week.
