Entry Level Call Center Representative (No Phone Calling / Remote / No Experience)

Join our team as a Call Center Representative, where you’ll engage with customers not over the phone but through live chat. You’ll be at the forefront of customer interaction, assisting with inquiries on websites and social media platforms. This role offers the flexibility to work from any location, connecting with customers and providing them with immediate support and information.

What You’ll Do:

  • As a customer support chat agent, you’ll respond to live chat inquiries on business websites or social media, offering answers, sales assistance, and discounts to customers.
  • Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and accurate responses.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with social media and website chat functionality (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • The ability to work independently, follow instructions closely, and maintain a commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week.
  • A stable internet connection.

Location:

  • Fully remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States.
