Entry Level Call Center Support (Remote / No Phone Calling)

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customers through live chat on our business website or social media platforms, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries, offer guidance on products or services, provide sales support, and extend discounts to enhance their experience.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • Must have a compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop) for accessing social media and website chat functionalities.
  • The ability to work independently, follow instructions meticulously, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work between 5 and 40 hours per week.
  • Must have a stable and reliable internet connection.
