Entry Level Remote Chat Support Agent (No Experience)

We are currently seeking a dedicated live chat assistant to join our Customer Support team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to work remotely while assisting customers with their inquiries via live chat on business websites and social media platforms.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, guiding them to products or services, and providing information on promotions and discounts.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and accurate responses, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • Access to a computer or mobile device with the capability to use social media and website chat functions.
  • The ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours weekly, primarily from Monday to Thursday during high-volume periods.
  • A reliable internet connection.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week, based on your availability.

Location:

  • Fully remote, open to candidates preferably in the United States.
