Entry Level Remote Chat Support – No Experience Required

In this role, you’ll represent various businesses, addressing inquiries and interacting with customers through live chat on websites and social media platforms—all from any location you choose.

What You Will Do: As a live chat customer service assistant, your role involves responding to live chat inquiries on a business’s website or social media. You’ll assist with customer questions, link to sales resources, and offer discounts or promotions, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Contract Details:

  • No fixed term

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have a device (laptop, phone, or tablet) with internet access.
  • Basic English writing skills are required.

Skills and Background:

  • This is an entry-level position, ideal for beginners.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided, so no previous experience in live chat is necessary.

Location:

  • The position is entirely remote, open to individuals globally, with a preference for those in the United States.
