Join our dynamic team as a Live Chat Support Specialist and help deliver outstanding support to our customers via web chat. You’ll use a range of software tools to navigate customer accounts, review policies, and provide effective solutions in an engaging and fast-paced setting.
Your role is to offer fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging responses to customer inquiries via email and live chat throughout your shift.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in a brief training program to understand the job and the business you’ll be supporting.
- Log into our website’s live chat feature daily to answer customer questions, addressing both support and sales inquiries.
- Utilize provided documentation to respond to common questions, with full backing from our supportive team.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat, providing helpful and accurate responses in a dynamic environment.
- Use various tools and resources to handle customer inquiries effectively, maintaining a high level of service.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance customer support strategies and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must have a device with internet capability to access chat and social media functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently, with a strong capacity to follow instructions and guidelines.
Skills/Background:
- No previous experience in chat support required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing engaging customer service.
