Intern – Customer Service (Chat)

Embark on a dynamic internship in Customer Service Chat Support and be at the forefront of an innovative chat function within our Client Servicing Team. This role offers the unique advantage of assisting clients efficiently while gaining valuable experience in a growing field.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as a live chat assistant, engaging with customers on websites or social media platforms to address their inquiries.
  • Provide assistance, answer questions, offer sales links, and apply discounts, all through chat – no face-to-face interaction required.
  • Work remotely, leveraging tools like Facebook Messenger to communicate effectively with clients.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Reliable access to a device (laptop, phone, or tablet) with an internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills are necessary to communicate and assist customers.
  • No prior experience in live chat required; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
