We are seeking a Level 1 Chat Support Agent to become the first point of contact for users engaging through our live chat service. This role is vital in ensuring that we provide the highest standard of customer service, efficiently resolving user issues while documenting all interactions thoroughly.
Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional chat support by understanding the user’s needs through careful listening and empathetic engagement.
- Utilize a knowledge base and your problem-solving skills to resolve user issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions, problems, and resolutions.
- Handle conflicts and resolve customer issues with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills are necessary.
Skills/Background:
- This position is entry-level, ideal for those new to chat support. Full training will be provided, so no previous experience in live chat is required.
