Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote – US)

Join our dynamic team as a Live Chat Agent and play a key role in delivering exceptional real-time customer support. We are seeking proactive and engaging individuals to assist visitors on our clients’ websites, utilizing Live Chat software to provide stellar customer service and support.

Your Role:

  • Engage with customers and potential buyers through our clients’ Facebook and Instagram accounts, addressing their inquiries, providing support, and guiding them through their purchasing decisions.
  • Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Undergo comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle a variety of customer interactions effectively.

Position Details:

  • Rate: $35 per hour.
  • Contract Length: Enjoy the flexibility of a contract with no fixed term.
  • Work Hours: Choose your workload, with options ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Possess a device with internet access to use social media and live chat features (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, follow instructions meticulously, and manage your schedule effectively.
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection and commit to at least 5 hours of availability per week.

  • This position is fully remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere within the United States.
