What you will be doing: You’ll engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, guiding them with purchasing decisions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing prompt and accurate assistance.
Rate:
- $35 per hour
Requirements:
- A reliable device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access.
- Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions.
- Availability to work 5+ hours per week.
