Live Chat Email Support – Customer Support (Fully Remote)

We are actively seeking live chat assistants to provide exceptional customer support for businesses via their websites and social media platforms. We offer comprehensive training, ensuring you are well-prepared to meet the needs of the customers. Immediate start positions are available for the right candidates.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with customers by responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media channels.
  • Assist customers by answering queries, providing information on products or services, offering sales links, and promoting discounts.

Contract Details:

  • Open-ended with no fixed term.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a device with internet capability to access social media and website chat features (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • The ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
  • Availability to work between 5 and 40 hours per week.
  • A stable and reliable internet connection.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
