We are currently seeking a community-focused customer service representative to join our team temporarily, especially during the holiday season. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer interaction, providing essential support and information regarding our products and shipping. You’ll play a crucial part in resolving any issues our customers might encounter, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
What You Will Do:
- Provide customer support and address inquiries through live chat on business websites and social media platforms.
- Assist both existing customers and potential new customers by answering their questions, guiding them through our products or services, and resolving any concerns they may have.
Contract Details:
- Temporary position with no fixed term.
Rate:
- $35 per hour, based on experience and performance.
Requirements:
- Must possess a device compatible with social media and website chat functionalities (phone, tablet, or laptop).
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions accurately, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Availability to work at least 10 hours per week.
- A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.
Weekly Hours:
- Minimum of 10 hours per week.
