Role Overview: In this position, you’ll engage with customers via web-based chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, providing assistance without the need for face-to-face interaction. You’ll be the frontline contact for our customers, helping them with questions, fitment checks, and scheduling service appointments—all through chat.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers through live chat to assist with their wheel and tire inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information, sales assistance, and schedule appointments.
- Answer queries, furnish sales links, and offer discounts to facilitate customer decisions.
- Work remotely, representing businesses on their websites or social media channels.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Must have a device capable of accessing web chat platforms (Laptop, Phone, Tablet).
- Reliable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills are necessary.
- No previous live chat experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
