Live Chat Representative – Work at Home

We are currently expanding our Sales Team and are on the lookout for enthusiastic Live Chat Agents with a can-do attitude. In this position, you’ll assist customers with inquiries related to wheel and tire products via a web-based chat platform. You’ll guide customers through their questions, help verify product fitment, and facilitate service appointment scheduling—all through text-based communication.

This role is entirely chat-based, with no face-to-face or voice interaction required. You’ll be utilizing platforms like Facebook Messenger to engage with customers on behalf of businesses, addressing queries, providing product links, and offering promotions or discounts through live chat on websites or social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, offering guidance, product recommendations, and service information.
  • Assist in checking product fitment and scheduling service appointments for customers.
  • Provide sales support and offer discounts or promotions to encourage purchases.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have access to a computer or smart device with a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in English writing is essential.
  • Beginner-level position; comprehensive training will be provided. No previous live chat work experience is necessary.

Location: The role is fully remote, open to individuals worldwide, with a preference for those based in the United States.
