What You Will Do:
- Interact with customers via live chat on websites or social media, addressing their questions, guiding them through product choices, and assisting with purchases.
- Utilize troubleshooting flowcharts to identify problems and implement solutions or escalate issues appropriately.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a device with social media and website chat capabilities (phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week.
