Live Chat Support Specialist – Customer Service, No Calling (Remote)

Join our Live Support team and become a crucial part of our customer service operation. As a Live Support Chat Specialist, you’ll engage with users through email and chat, providing real-time assistance and troubleshooting support. Using a systematic approach, you’ll resolve issues or escalate them as necessary.

What You Will Do:

  • Interact with customers via live chat on websites or social media, addressing their questions, guiding them through product choices, and assisting with purchases.
  • Utilize troubleshooting flowcharts to identify problems and implement solutions or escalate issues appropriately.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with social media and website chat capabilities (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
  • Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week.
  • A stable and reliable internet connection.

Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location:

  • This position is entirely remote, with a preference for candidates within the United States.
