Livechat Support Specialist (English Language Proficiency Required)

What you will be doing: In this position, you will engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries, guide them through website navigation, assist with checkout processes, and offer detailed product information. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses, thereby enhancing their overall experience and fostering brand loyalty.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficient in digital communication, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make swift, informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer support protocols.
  • A reliable internet connection and a suitable device for accessing live chat and social media platforms.

Location:

  • Remote work online (United States preferred).
