No Experience Customer Service Representative (Remote OK)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, addressing modifications, and escalating complaints through various communication channels, including live chat on business websites and social media platforms.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via live chat, ensuring a helpful and professional interaction.
  • Assist with order processing, modifications, and address any customer concerns, aiming to resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Must have access to a device with the capability to use social media and website chat features (phone, tablet, or laptop).
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and manage various customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week.
  • A reliable internet connection is crucial.

Weekly Hours:

  • Minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for more based on performance and availability.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates within the United States.
