No Experience Customer Service Supervisor (Remote)

In this role, you will guide and oversee the customer service team, ensuring that they provide outstanding support through email and live chat, addressing customer inquiries and assisting retail stores efficiently.

What you will be doing:
You will manage a team of live chat assistants, ensuring they respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries on the company’s website or social media platforms. You’ll also be responsible for training new team members, monitoring chat quality, and providing feedback to improve service levels.

Rate:
$35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a digital device (laptop, phone, or tablet).
  • Basic English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

  • No previous experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
