Online Chat Specialist – Entry Level (No Experience)

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who enjoy assisting customers and ensuring they have an exceptional buying experience. If you’re passionate about communication and thrive in a dynamic environment, our online shoe retailer client needs you as a Live Chat Assistant! Engage with customers, provide insightful responses, and contribute to a supportive buying journey—all from the comfort of your home.

What You Will Do:

  • Log in to the live chat portal each morning and engage with customers, addressing their questions and guiding them through their purchase decisions.
  • Utilize the live chat software’s features to efficiently respond to common inquiries and collaborate with a chat supervisor for more complex questions.
  • Complete a concise training program (1–2 hours) to familiarize yourself with the tools and processes before starting your role.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device with internet connectivity to use chat and email functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
  • Ability to work independently, adhere to instructions, and maintain a consistent work schedule.
  • Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week.

Weekly Hours:

  • Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours based on your availability.

Location:

  • Fully remote, open to candidates in the United States, with a preference for immediate starters.
