What You Will Do:
- Log in to the live chat portal each morning and engage with customers, addressing their questions and guiding them through their purchase decisions.
- Utilize the live chat software’s features to efficiently respond to common inquiries and collaborate with a chat supervisor for more complex questions.
- Complete a concise training program (1–2 hours) to familiarize yourself with the tools and processes before starting your role.
Rate:
- $35 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
Requirements:
- Access to a device with internet connectivity to use chat and email functions (phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently, adhere to instructions, and maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week.
