We are currently seeking Online Live Chat Assistants to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional service via chat and email. You will play a key role in addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues, and fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with questions about orders, services, and products, provide sales support, and offer discounts when appropriate.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive support and service to customers, addressing their needs and questions promptly.
- Utilize chat and email to maintain customer relationships, encourage retention, and promote satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance service strategies and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable device for internet, social media, and website chat functionality (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
- Ability to work independently, following instructions and guidelines diligently.
- Available to work 5 to 40 hours per week with a stable internet connection.
Skills/Background:
- No prior experience needed; we provide full training.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
Location: Totally remote, candidates from the United States are preferred.
