What you will be doing:
As a Remote Chat Assistant, you will be responding to incoming chat messages from customers and website visitors. Your tasks will include addressing queries, offering product or service information, distributing discount codes, and routing messages to appropriate team members when necessary. Your goal is to enhance the customer experience through timely and accurate responses.
Rate:
- $35 per hour
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet.
