Description:
- Monitor live chat conversations between agents and customers to ensure compliance with guidelines and the delivery of high-quality support.
- Provide feedback and guidance to live chat agents to foster continuous improvement.
- Track and report on the performance of individual agents and the team as a whole.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with an internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills are necessary for communication and documentation purposes.
