We are actively seeking Remote Chat Operators to join our growing team. In this entry-level position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing support and sales assistance via live chat. This role is perfect for individuals who are excellent communicators and are looking to gain experience in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat, answering queries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information on products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience while interacting with diverse customers.
- Document chat interactions, feedback, and resolutions clearly and concisely.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication techniques.
Rate:
- $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable device with internet connectivity (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Basic proficiency in using social media and live chat platforms.
- Ability to commit to at least 10 hours of work per week.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not required.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to help others.
Work Hours & Location:
- Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 10+ hours per week.
- This is a fully remote role, open to individuals across the United States.
