We are currently seeking dedicated part-time Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of our team. In this remote position, you will act as an independent chat assistant, directly engaging with customers and ensuring their experiences are positive and productive.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, providing assistance, and enhancing their interaction with our business.
- Respond to questions, offer guidance on products or services, provide sales links, and introduce discounts where applicable.
Contract Duration: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and friendly customer service via live chat.
- Accurately answer customer queries, assist with product information, and facilitate sales and support processes.

Requirements:
- Access to a reliable device with internet capabilities for social media and website chat (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop).
- Capability to work autonomously, with a keen ability to adhere to instructions and processes.
- Availability for 5 to 40 hours per week with a consistent internet connection.
Skills/Background:
- No previous experience in live chat support required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and the ability to provide empathetic customer support are crucial.
- Must be detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
