Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through live chat and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Training:
- You will undergo paid training to fully prepare you for your role. Attendance and active participation in training sessions are mandatory.
Requirements:
- Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet connectivity to manage live chat and social media interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong follow-through on instructions and guidelines provided.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
- No previous experience required; however, prior customer service experience can be advantageous.
