What You’ll Do: In your role as a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be instrumental in providing top-notch service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues. You will uphold our company’s brand standards in communication and conduct while assisting customers with order placements, navigating our site, and resolving their concerns via chat and email.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat and email, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order placement, and website navigation.
- Uphold company standards and values in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Access to a device with internet capabilities for using social media and chat functionalities (e.g., Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
- Ability to work independently with a disciplined approach to follow instructions and procedures.
- Available to work 10 to 40 hours per week with a reliable internet connection.
Skills/Background:
- No previous experience in chat support required; comprehensive training will be provided.
