What you will be doing: As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming queries through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Your role will involve addressing support and sales-related questions, helping both existing and potential new customers.
Contract length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You should have access to a device with internet connectivity to engage in social media and website chat functions. Independent working skills, the ability to adhere to guidelines, and availability for 10+ hours weekly are essential. A stable internet connection is a must.
Hours per week: A minimum of 10 hours, with the possibility for more based on your availability.
