What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assist customers through live chat, providing answers, guidance, and support with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Utilize provided resources and scripts to respond to inquiries effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team, always ready to help you navigate through more complex customer queries.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour

Skills/Background Needed:

  • You need to have a compatible device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) to access social media and website chat functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, follow instructions carefully, and manage your tasks effectively.
  • Commit to at least 10+ hours per week to maintain consistency and contribute meaningfully to the team.

Location:

  • Remote work online (United States preferred).
