Remote Customer Chat Support for Moms (Entry Level / Part Time / No Phone Calling)

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual eager to provide outstanding chat support without the need for phone calls? We’re seeking a dedicated work-from-home chat agent who thrives on resolving challenges and is driven by a commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company to our online customers, using your sound judgment to build trust and loyalty. If you’re a self-motivated problem solver who values effective communication and customer satisfaction, we’d love to have you join our team.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
