We are actively seeking dedicated customer service agents to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in solving customers’ issues and addressing their queries through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch customer service, ensuring clarity and understanding, and escalating issues when necessary.
What you will be doing: Your main responsibilities include responding to live chat inquiries on our clients’ websites and social media platforms. You’ll be assisting primarily with customer support tasks, such as handling returns, re-ordering processes, and other customer-related questions. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no previous experience is needed.
Contract length: Open
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You should have a device capable of accessing necessary platforms (social media and website chat functions) and be able to work autonomously. Following instructions closely and committing to at least 5 hours of availability each week is crucial, along with a stable internet connection.
Hours per week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours.
Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
