Remote Customer Service (Entry Level / No Experience)

Join our team as a Remote Customer Service Agent and embark on a rewarding career providing email and live chat support. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers via email and live chat, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in a brief training program to become acquainted with the business and your responsibilities.
  • Manage live chat and email conversations, providing answers, support, and recommendations as needed.

Rate:

  • $35 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Access to a device capable of internet connectivity and social media/live chat functionalities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently, with detailed orientation towards following instructions and procedures.
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day, providing consistent and reliable support.

Location:

  • This is a remote position, ideal for candidates based in the United States, although open to applicants from other locations.
